Dear Jo,

I want to let you know how much I appreciate the help that you provided me, even when I didn’t want it. Since being in foster care, you two have helped me and supported me tremendously through the 5 years that we have worked together. If it wasn’t for you having so much faith and believing in me, I would not be here today. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I know I have given you a lot of trouble in the past, but look where I ended up. I am going to be leaving foster care on a positive note because you taught me to believe in myself. I want to let you know how much I appreciate you being a part of my treatment team. Also, I would like to thank you for making me realize that I need to have faith in myself to be successful in life. You truly are the best and I would not have asked for you to have done anything different. I will truly miss you and everybody at Community Care Resources.

Thank you again for all you did for Eric and I. I am not sure how our lives would have ended without the support of you and your team! Derek graduated from HS this Spring and is starting his Freshmen year at UW Platteville this fall! He is planning on studying Civil Engineering. He will also be playing football! After his freshmen year, things started clicking for him! He excelled in sports, and academics. He made the honor roll for the remainder of high school! He is loved and respected by many. I constantly get compliments about him and what a polite and respectful man he is. I am so proud of the man he has become and I know I didn’t get him here by myself, so Thank You!

McKenzie was consistent & clearly kept Trevor engaged. This was a perfect fit!

It was wonderful that our foster son completed the programming and was able to return home to his biological family.

CCP staff was excellent to work with. They were persistent and patient.

What a fantastic treatment team! I have so much respect for everyone. I truly believe they saved Justin’s life!

Sarah is more open, has more fun, laughs more and keeps herself clean daily. Wonderful progress.

Devon has made great progress. He has made so many adjustments to his diet and eating habits. He is getting healthier every day and he feels better about himself.

The services really helped Andrew to decipher normal from abnormal behaviors.

Lora does a fantastic job of making our daughter feel comfortable and letting her know what to expect.

Janette is easily in the top 3 therapists I have ever worked with. She “gets it” and relates very well to the youth.

The STOP is very structured and my client was able to engage and focus on the material which was very effective.

Janette put Jayden at ease immediately and he was able to overcome his shyness during counseling.

Both the case manager and the therapist were GREAT to work with.

We were happy that our son was able to claim responsibility for his behaviors. The change we have seen has been amazing and long awaited for.

CCP therapy services are great. I continue to have positive experiences with the therapists.

We got a lot of benefit and learned necessary skills to help our family become a well-functioning unit.
